How does string theory combine general relativity orderly deterministic laws with quantum mechanics chaotic and chance laws?

Quantum mechanics is not chaotic and chance in nature.  However, at extremely short distances, where vacuum fluctuations result in a "quantum foam."

String theory aims to prevent this by eliminating infinitely small point particles, making the smallest features large enough to prevent the quantum foam.
