I've got the genotypic ratio at 2:2 when i look at the punnett square, but the phenotype ratios are throwing me off.

The phenotypic ratio will depend on how the A, B and C alleles interact.

You are right that you have 50% BA individuals and 50% BC individuals. If B is dominant to A and C, you will have 100% of phenotype B. If B is dominant to A but not C, you will have 50% of phenotype B and 50% of phenotype C. Similar conclusions can be made for the other complete dominance possibilities. In the case of codominance, you will have 50% BA median and 50% BC median.
