Sure, nucleus contains DNA which is the genetic materials that make what it will become. Only matured red blood cell do not have nucleus...... As for mitochondria it is a must for all eucaryotes for undergoing oxidative phosphorylation and beta oxidation of fatty acids. Spore will need mitochondria during germination in the case.

The spore is the precursor of a new organism ,so it has a nucleus with all attendant structures.
