Shortly following the enactment of the YCJA there was a noticeable decline in custody. This is due in part to:
   a. an increase in the use of diversion of youth from the courts
   b. a decrease in the use of pre-trial detention
   c. judges making less use of custodial sentences
d. the fact that the last third of almost all custodial sentences are to be served in the community under supervision
e. all of the above
