Under the Juvenile Delinquents Act, juvenile court hearings:
a.   Were not open to the public.
b.   Were held in camera.
c.   Media were not entitled to report on charges or on trial, unless given special leave of the court.
d.   The court would have to be satisfied that the publication of details of the proceedings in the media was in the “best interests” of the child. 
e.   All of the above.
