I think I am experiencing male pattern baldness, will changing my diet help stop it or exercising?

just wear it bald, that is so attractive on a man, especially if he has a nice smile, think about it, well i guess it might would depend on your age also, changing your diet will more than likely make you more healthy, healthy bodies grow healthy hair, stay hydrated also, being bald ain't all that bad, some people or bald by choice, some  unfortunatly have cancer, just be happy, and you may need to get your male hormone level checked, testosterone grows hair on women that are going bald, i think it could be a side a affect, talk to a doctor, there is always hope, but remember, keep smiling, be happy
