1. If a man has type AB blood and a woman has type A blood, what possible blood types could their children have? Give all of the phenotypes and their expected percentages

Blood type Punnett squares are done just like other Punnett squares. if the man is type AB, then his genotype is AB; he produces A and B gametes. If the woman is type A, then her genotype is either AA or Ai. In the first case, she produces A gametes; in the second, she produces A and i gametes. So, there are two possible Punnett squares: AB x AA, in which case the children would have either type A or type AB blood, and AB x Ai, in which case the children could have.any blood type except O.
