What is the approximate pH at the equilivance point of a weak acid strong base titration if 25 mL of aqueous hydroflouric acid requires 30.00 mL of 0.400 M NaOH?

If the numbers in your additional details are your possible answers, then it would be 8.26.

The way I think of these being: if we start off with a weak acid, its pH is probably around 4-6. When we add a strong base, it's pH will increase, however it won't increase largely, so it will probably fall around 8-9.
