Please help my solve this substitution problem!  If it does not have exactly one solution, please state whether it has no solution or infinitely many solutions!

x + 5y = 4
3x + 15y = -1
Nope that's the way it is in the book.
When I got down in the process I got
12 - 15y + 15y = -1

So then 12 = -1
So would it be No Solution?
