Hi all,

I have a couple of orthologous proteins that I need to provide the average amino acid identify (AAI) for..

A lot of the online servers work with genomes and not individual proteins. How does one go about finding the average AAI values for a set of proteins..

Lastly.. If proteins are orthologues of each other what % range should their average AAI fall in?
