Only if he has a real trial on the 21 federal indictments that led to his impeachment.  Of course, if that were to happen, we'd have to wait a long time for him to serve out his jail time before he could assume the Office of President.   The country was in a ROYAL MESS when Bush took over and has yet to fully recover.  I have no desire to return to the bad times.
