Perchloric acid (HClO4) is a strong acid, so dissociation is 100%.

HClO4 Rightwards Arrow H+  + ClO4-

So, concentration of hydorgen ions will be teh same as HClO4, since they disocciate in 1:1 ratio = 2.6 * 10-4

pH = - log (2.6 * 10^-4) = use calculator
