Structurally, yes.  Although this third phosphate is a high-energy phosphate bond, and when this bond is broken, the energy is utilized to drive other reactions.  So chemically speaking, ADP is just one phosphate away from ATP.  Biologically speaking, these two molecules are very different.  

Adding a phosphate to ADP does make ATP, and this is primarily done by an enzyme called ATP synthase that is driven by the electron transport chain.

yes its the only difference, but it takes 33 kJ for the phosphate to join to the ADP, and when the reaction is reversed it gives out 33kJ of enery. so ATP is used as an energy store.

ATP(Adenin Triphosphate ) , ADP(Adenin diphosphate  ),, And the only difference as you mentioned that ATP has one more phosphate, and Yes 4 the 2nd Q as well
