The enzyme present in liver that breaks down Hydrogen Peroxide to Water and Oxygen is called Catalase.  There is no catalyst present.

Catalase is present in just about all living cells where it is used to break down Hydrogen Peroxide, which is a harmful by-product of many metabolic processes in the cell.

A catalyst is a non-organic equivalent of an enzyme.

The Hydrogen Peroxide is the substance that the enzyme is acting upon and is known as the Substrate.
