The extent and range of parental involvement under NCLB is specific and comprehensive.  At the schoolhouse level, each school must do all of the following EXCEPT:
A) involve parents in an organized, ongoing, and timely way in the planning, review, and improvement of programs.
B) provide parents with timely information about programs.
C) provide opportunities, if requested by parents, for regular meetings to formulate suggestions and to participate, as appropriate, in decisions relating to the education of their children.
D) provide transportation as requested by parents to attend annual meetings or conduct once yearly home visits to non-participating families.
E) convene an annual meeting at a convenient time, to which all parents of participating children are invited.
