The next step will be reading of the next codon of mRNA. This is called translocation.

So here both c and d are answers.

B. tRNA leaves the polypeptide to await the next time it is called to transport its amino acid. tRNA must 'get out of the way' so that the next tRNA molecule can add its amino acid to the chain.
