This is the mRNA, I assume, and you want to understand how to find the polypeptides? Remember that T=U in RNA.
Look at your Genetic Code.  Usding the letters along the side, find the first base (U), along the top, find the second base, (A), and along the right side find the third base (C).  The amino acid is Tyr.  Skip the introns (ACG and GET-CCT) and continue on!
