TACCAGGCTGTTACT so the complementary strand is ATGGTCCGACAATGA. I do understand how to get the amino acid, I just have to look it up on the table, but the rRNA and the tRNA are a bit tricky. I'd appreciate clarification and understanding more than just an answer. Thanks kids, here's some ice cream Smiling Face with Open Mouth

TACCAGGCTGTTACT =DNA.
AUGGUCCGACAAUGA = RNA.

A is complementary U (in RNA )
T is complementary to A (in RNA)
G is complementary to C (in RNA)
C is complementary to G (in RNA)

The codons in the RNA are AUG, GUC, CGA,CAA & UGA.  This gives an amino acid sequence of -  Start-Valine -Arginine -Glutamine -Stop.

The tRNA anticodons are UAC,CAG,GCU,GUU & ACU.
