Did you mean anti-depressants? Cause I dont think they prescribe depressants.
they are all the same effects for both doses

It can cause disiness, weight gain or loss, insomnia, and can even increase thoughts of suicide. Do you know the name of the medicine? Get on WebMD and look it up.

The effects of the correct dose, called therapeutic level, are an effect use of the medication.  Too low and you may not experience the positive effects.  Too high and the side effects are increased enough you can hard your body permanently.
