slope= y2-y1/ x2-x1
slope= 5-3/ -4 -2
slope= 2/-6 = -1/3

to find the equation of a line use point slope formula.
pt slope formula= y-y1 = m (x-x1) where y1= y given, x1= x given, m= slope

y-3= -1/3(x-2)
y-3= -1/3x +2/3
y= -1/3x + 11/3
