All of the answers add up to 1, so that condition is satisfied.  The other question is whether or not if p and q are calculated, then p + q = 1:

a.
AA 0.36
Aa 0.55
aa 0.09
so, p = 0.6, so q should equal 0.4, however, 0.4^2 = 0.16, not 0.09, so a is wrong

b.
AA 0.49
Aa 0.42
aa 0.09
so, p = 0.7, so q should equal 0.3, so q^2 = 0.09 and 2pq = 2 x 0.7 x 0.3 = 0.42
so b is correct

c.
AA 0.64
Aa 0.27
aa 0.09
so, p = 0.8, q = 0.2, so q^2 should equal 0.04, not 0.09, so c is wrong

d.
Aa 0.29
Aa 0.42
aa 0.29
p = SQRT(0.29) =0.5385
since p not equal to 0.5, then p cannot equal q and so q^2 cannot equal 0.29, so d is wrong.

So, I would choose answer f, none of the above, since only b is the correct answer.
