As a new graduate of R.N. program it is surreal to finally work in the field. The E.R. isn't the highest choice for many nervous and jittery new R.N.s. I myself have always wanted to work in the E.R. and now that I am there I realize I need to be studying almost daily. Is there any websites that focus on this very specialized area of the nursing?
