Japan is faced with a shortage of workers because of the aging and declining population. How are they attempting to address this problem?
A) encouraging more Japanese people to work
B) relying mostly on new immigrants
C) shifting to more automation in the factories that don't require so many workers
D) encouraging Japanese to adopt children from other countries
E) They are not addressing it and hoping the economy decreases.
