Sporosarcina ureae
Gram-positive cocci, may form tetrads
Motile
Forms endospores
Aerobic
Colonies on agar may have a granular appearance

Mycobacterium smegmatis
Slender rods that accept Gram stain poorly, considered Gram positive
Non-motile                                   only Acid-fast organism on list
No endospores
Aerobic
Slow growth with creamy white or yellowish colonies with a waxy
texture
Creamy pellicle and sediment in broth

I found these on a google doc page named microbiology list of bacteria

Hope this helps.
Not to sure of Bacillus Sphaericus but do know that the Genus bacillus common characteristics are:
gram-positive, blunt-ended bacilli that occur single, in pairs or in long chains. formed endospores that are oval and centrally located. nonmotile and culture grows on blood agar.
Hope this helps.
