If two plants had the genotypes TT and Tt would they have different phenotypes or the same? Would they have all dominant alleles or recessive?

The plants would all express the same phenotype,  It takes two recessive alleles to produce a recessive trait   However, half of the offspring will carry the recessive alleles, the other half will carry pure dominant alleles.

The results are:  TT  TT Tt Tt.
