cavities?*** (no more space to put on question)

A) IX
B) I
C) VII
D) X
E) III


I am stuck between IX and X because both innervate the thoracic and abdominal cavities...but only one innervates them more. I originally had X (the vagus nerve). Just not sure if this is the right answer.

CN IX actually has nothing to do with the thorax nor abdomen, it provides taste from a portion of the tongue and innervates the parotid gland.

The answer is CN X.
