In a 100% capitalist structure, the workers face inequality due to the skill. The workers are getting wages according to their productivity due to the competition in the labor market, more working hours due to the competition in the production, less leisure time, work in unsafe condition because most of the industries are private and their aim is to attain maximum profit; so they want to reduce cost of production and the workers have no power to decide the wages.

In a 100% Socialist structure, the workers have equality and getting same wages and not according to the skill. The workers are getting normal working hours and enough leisure time, workers getting safe work condition because almost industries are public owned so no profit motive and the workers have power to express their needs.
