Combine them in series as well as parallel because when 4  20 ohm resistors are connected in parallel, u get an equivalebt resistance of 4 ohm.Consecutive connection of such 4 parallel resistances in series with another such 10 parallel circuit will give u the desired result.....

C.   Two 20 ohm in series in series with two in parallel.     20 + 20 + 20/20 = 20 + 20 + 10 = 50 ohms
