I went to the doctor because my lip got really swollen.  The doctor thought i had herpes and tested me for it.  That same day he prescribed me Acyclovir.  The next day he got my blood work and it turned out i didnt have herpes my lip was a bacterial infection so he then prescribe me antibiotics.  Is it okay to stop taking Acyclovir since i don't have herpes?

Your doctor probably went over this but the acyclovir was to treat for herpes.  Since you do not have herpes you do not need acyclovir as the acyclovir will have no effect on the bacteria causing your infection.

If you say he thought you had herpes and found that you don't, he gave you the right medicine for what you have. I think you can stop taking it.
After all, my suggestion is to ask again the doctor, he will give you the best answer! Wink Face
