I'm doing a project on this, and I'm having a lot of trouble since different sources say different things. Someone said that uranium (#92) is the last natural element, but technetium (#43) is listed as synthetic. Help?

it's not true that uranium is the heaviest natural element, it's actually plutonium
it's also true that technetium is syntethic (this one is kind of an exeption)

there are several exeptions, but you should find them on a good periodic table
usually the synthetic elements have a different color or the symbol is outlined
