I have a titration of a strong acid and weak base, with 10mL of the weak base. As it's titrating I know the solution becomes a buffer, but how do I know at which point it will be the strongest? Kb = 5.1 E-4

When the pH of the strong acid =s its pKa, the buffer is strongest, so the graph is flattest.
