Just tell me what the differences are. I mean, you could include difference between replication and mitosis or binary fission,etc. Thanks. =D

Replication is a term used to describe the process by which DNA makes a copy of itself- splitting in half and each half then becoming the template to make a new half-strand.

Cell division (karyokinesis and cytokinesis) is the process by which a cell divides in half (binary fission).  It does not make a complementary half of itself.
