RNA pol = enzyme which catalyses formation of sugar-phosphate bond between 2 nucleotides (e.g. in DNA replication!)
Primer = small sequence of dna used u initiate dna rep in the pocess such as PCR
and primase is an enzymes wich catalyses the process of primers bindig to its complimentary sequence...
