Bacteria possess a plasma membrane that is mostly similar in structure/composition to prototypical Eukaryote cells. Is this true or false?

Also is this statement true or false?
The bacterial cell wall is found outside the plasma membrane and is made of a polymer of repeating units of peptides and lipids in both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

First is true, both are phospholipids with ester bonds as opposed to some Archaea which have ether linkages.

Second is false.  Bacterial cell walls are peptidoglycan, repeating sugar chains linked by amino acids.
