I don't think there is any such thing to have ever existed in the law of nature.  I think it's impossible, but if you find the answer, make sure to patent it and sell it to glasses manufacturers and the military.

The only way you can prevent condensation is by lowering the dew point temperature and that can only be done by lowering the pressure. Remove some of the atmosphere and you will lower the pressure but then ... you will suffocate too!
