Out of the six phases in the cell cycle (interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis), which one would not operate if a cell with several nuclei within its cytoplasm were to form?

Anaphase I think. Because that is where the cell divides it's chromasomes in half and pull them to the poles of the cell. If ther are 3 metaphase plates and the cell is trying to make just two new cells, then that would not operate correctly when there are only two poles. The cell should not even get that far along in division, but if it does, it should undergo apoptosis at that point.
