Hey guys, If you know the answer, you would be great help to me.

1) How do you find the distance travelled from a velocity-time graph
 2) How do you find the displacement from a velocity-time graph

I think displacement is calculating all the areas up and adding them together but how do you find the distance travelled from a given velocity-time graph?

Displacement is just a big word for distance. Distance is velocity times time, so it is in fact the area under the graph. That is the definition of an integral in calculus.
