For humans, cytoplasm and the organelles in them, comes from the mother.  The most correct answer here would be oocyte, which is donated by the mother.

The cytoplasm of human zygote is entirely made up from the egg. The sperm contributes very little cytoplasm. However, the cytoplasm from the egg comes from the polar bodies so I feel like this question is a trick question. During oogenesis, meiosis must occur, a process that creates 4 sets of DNA and subsequently makes 4 haploid cells. Only one of these cells becomes an egg. The other 3 contribute cytoplasm among other things to the egg. I would say, technically oocyte but the polar bodies contribute to that.
