Well momentum = velocity x mass
So rearrange the formula to make mass = momentum / velocity

by vectorial definition:
mass x velocity = momentum
As a product between a scalar and a vector momentum is defined as vector. Its direction and orientation is given by velocity and its lenght value is given by algebraic product between the twos(mass and velocity).
So mass= momentum / velocity
