St. Jude's Medical, Inc. is considering opening a new emergency care facility. The fees charged and costs of the new facility will be similar to that of the existing facility. The only exception is that the annual fixed cost for the new facility is expected to be $120,000 less than the existing facility. The following information is available for St. Jude's existing facility for 2005.

   Revenue   $2,350,000
   Variable cost   1,292,500
   Fixed cost   920,000
