I answered these questions best of my ability but apparently they are wrong yet i still think they are correct. please help, the bold answers are the answers i put. thanks

45) An electrical synapse:
a) Crosses four leaflets of 2 phospholipid membrane constituents.
b) Crosses two leaflets of 2 phospholipid membrane constituents, as two are fused and residual
c) A temporary structure between cells until a chemical synapse develops at the site
d) still requires a chemical transmitter even though it is called an “electrical synapse”

28) The cranial nerve that controls the muscle of facial expression(smiles, winks, wrinkling of forehead) is the:
a) olfactory
b) optic
c) oculomotor
d) trigeminal
e) None of above(facial nerve)

10) Chemicals that cross synapses include:
a) neurotransmitters
b) ions
c) amino acids
d) All of above
e) None of above

20) An electrical synapse:
a) is only found in invertebrate tissue
b) Connects distant cell cytoplasms electrically via complex membrane channels
c) a and b
d) None of above (found in both vertebrates and invertebrates; connects adjacent cell cytoplasms electrically via complex membrane channels)

9) A positive feedback control mechanism:
a) is a common control plan in physiological systems
b) uses an inverse output function to affect input
c) in practice, negative feedback control systems only approximate the set-point whereas a positive feed-back system has an exact set-point
d) all of the above
e) none of above

35) The currently accepted model of biomembranes developed by Singer et al would be best described as:
a) the advanced phospholipid model
b) the Singer-schwann membrane model
c) The lipid-embedded protein model of membrane structure
d) none of above

Right

Right

OK, but could also be B.

b) ions
c) amino acids

e) None of above

Right.
