A look at the racial composition of many public schools makes it clear that segregation still happens today. Why don't the courts do more to prevent this?
A) The Civil Rights Act bars discrimination, not segregation.
B) The statute of limitations on the Civil Rights Act has expired.
C) No one cares about integrating schools anymore.
D) Black leaders have other issues they consider more important.
E) The Civil Rights Act bars de jure segregation, not de facto segregation.
