So the title says it all but why? Plz explain me in details so i would get a better understanding in this stuff. This crappy entropy is so confusing but i still wanna get it down before the final exam coming up next week.
Answers will be well appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Entropy = the level of disorder. A larger molecule will more likely consist of many different elements compared to a smaller one, thus the larger molecule is more disordered than the smaller. C6H12O6 is much bigger and more disordered than H20 so it has more entropy.
