2,3,5 -- Hospice care is a philosophy of care designed for the individual and family members with a terminal prognosis. Hospice care can be received either at home, the hospital, hospice center, or the community. Hospice services begin when patient has six months or less to live and ends with the family one year after the death of the patient.
Don't forget to give me a thumbs up!
