Why whenever I play for MP4 video file on my BlackBerry Curve, the audio plays ahead of the video?

At the beginning the audio and video synchronize pretty well but after like 5 minutes, the audio plays like about 10 seconds ahead of the video. Please help!

This usually is a Code peroblem OR maybe the video isn't converted correctly...try converting the video to another supported fileformat such as .3gp and see if that works othewise take the phone back to the store and they will fix the issue for you by updating the firmware!
