2,3,5 -- When there is exposure to an antigen for the first time, the antigen is bound to the antibody which stimulates cell growth, division, and differentiation. Cloning of the memory and plasma cells occur. This provides for a faster reaction the second time the body encounters the antigen. The antigen-antibody reaction includes a binding of the antigen (FAB), the T cells are a part of cellular immunity.
