1,2,4,5 -- Cefmetazole is a cephalosporin so it must be taken on an empty stomach, it can cause an alcohol intolerance, yogurt helps prevent an intestinal superinfection, and the entire prescription must be completed in order to be effective. Hearing loss applies to the aminoglycosides.
