I have to work out 2 methods for working out the concentration of NaOH. Obviously an acid-base titration would be the first method,  but for the second method it can not be a type of titration. I was thinking reacting NaOH with a complex ion, weighing the precipitate and working it out by moles calculations. But how exactly would i do this, and the calculations?
Or is there a better method?
thanks!

You can test the PH, the PH of a alkaline compound in caused by the concentration of OH- ions.

For for a given PH you know the concentration of OH- ions and therefore can determine the concentration of NAOH in solution.
