When using Patient Management, how would a clinician indicate that the treatment plan for a specific client problem was working?
1. The clinician would select “well controlled” from the Problem List tab drop-down list to record the status.
2. The clinician would select Clear This Problem from the Problem List tab drop-down list because it is no longer a problem.
3. The clinician would select Order a Test from the Problem List tab drop-down list to verify the treatment was working.
4. The clinician would select Order a Therapy to make sure the client has the refills he needs.
