How far apart should the objective lens and the eyepiece lens be in a refracting telescope? (See Comins and Kaufmann, Discovering the Universe, 7th Ed., Fig. 3-17.)
A)   A distance equal to the focal length of the objective lens
B)   A distance equal to the focal length of the eyepiece lens
